1、Establish a national after-sales service technology center in Jinan with 24-hour service.
2、Responsible for the warranty and maintenance services of our company's produced products, as well as the warranty services of our externally purchased supporting products.
3、Provide technical training to users, including usage methods and simple maintenance and repair techniques.
4、After sales service personnel provide technical guidance for users on daily operation and maintenance of products.
5、From the completion and trial operation of the project, our company will send technical representatives to assist in running a heating (cooling) season.
6、Establish customer profiles, arrange maintenance guidance for users at least twice a year, and provide follow-up services to users.
7、Every year, the equipment runs in different seasons. Our company sends personnel to the site to guide the system switching and cleaning work.
8、Under the condition that the user uses the water source (ground source) heat pump unit produced by our company correctly according to the operating procedures, we will implement a "two-year warranty and lifelong maintenance" for the unit from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, free repairs will be provided (excluding damages caused by human factors such as improper operation). For product damage caused by human factors or natural disasters, or repairs outside the warranty period, only the cost fee will be charged to the user.
